11/20/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved QMHPA arrived to the home of Ms. Broadnax. Upon arrival Ms. Broadnax appeared full of anxiety, displaying passive aggressive behaviors and showing signs of paranoia upon QMHPAsâ arrival to the home. QMHPA inquired about her day. She stated to QMHPA that her morning was going well and that it was a morning. Ms. Broadnax did not present any symptoms of SI or HI at the time of the session being conducted. QMHPA began the session by assessing Ms. Broadnaxâs emotional well-being. QMHPA began the session by providing Ms. Broadnax with financial management/budgeting skills by assisting Ms. Broadnax with identifying three community resources to support her financial stability. QMHPA provided Ms. Broadnax with life skills to assist Ms. Broadnax with identifying major current obstacles to living independent. QMHPA provided Ms. Broadnax with coping skills to encourage Ms. Broadnax to express her feelings without becoming withdrawn or pessimistic in regards to meeting treatment goal requirement. QMHPA assisted Ms. Broadnax on a community outing to the local library to gather resources to improve financial management skills Ms. Broadnax appeared poorly groomed, displaying erratic behavior and compulsively fixated on indulging in a community outing despite not being on todayâs schedule. Ms. Broadnax actively participated in interventions dealing with money management and effectively budgeting monthly expenses. Ms. Broadnax expressed that she needed assistance with improving her independent living priorities and budgeting her monthly income. Ms. Broadnax listed negative consequences to include not having financial stability and needing money for emergency purposes. Ms. Broadnax identified coping skills to enhance her self-esteem and motivational skills to successfully achieve her goals. Ms. Broadnax displayed difficulty adhering to todayâs intervention process and required motivational prompting and therapeutic redirection to control overbearing emotional responses.
